MajorAttention is an animation service operated by Rendak, LLC. We make custom digital videos for your business.
Packages & payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD). The minimum package is four videos. Buy four videos for $300 one time ($75 per video), or subscribe for four videos for $240 per month ($60 per video). Larger orders cost $75 per video one time or $60 per video monthly. Monthly orders are billed when you subscribe and renew monthly until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your free 10-second preview arrives within 24 hours. There’s no obligation to buy and no payment is required to request it.
Delivery & changes
Finished videos arrive within 48 hours of purchasing. For packages of eight videos or fewer, if we miss that deadline, you get one extra video free. Larger orders have a delivery schedule agreed before purchase. Each paid video includes one revision.
Delivery is digital; no physical product is shipped. Text us your business details, logos, images, script or preferred style at +1 645-204-0075. Include your name or business so we can find your order.
Longer videos & mixed packages
Every 30 seconds of a longer video uses one video credit. A 2-minute-30-second video uses five credits. Unused credits can go toward other video types. Send your script, or ask us to draft one using your website. We’ll arrange any credit quantity that isn’t listed by text before you buy.
Unused credits never expire
Unused credits from one-time purchases and subscriptions never expire. Subscription credits roll over month to month and remain available after you cancel your subscription. You can keep them for a future project or request a refund for the undelivered portion under the policy below. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.
Subscriptions
Cancel future renewals through the Manage subscription link on your paid-order page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not remove your unused credits. Canceling a subscription does not automatically request a refund; contact us if you also want to cancel and refund undelivered work. If you can’t find your link, text us for help.
Cancellation & refunds
Refunds cover only the undelivered portion of your order. Cancel before any paid videos are delivered and receive a 100% refund. If 50% has been delivered, receive a 50% refund. Delivered videos are non-refundable under this policy; the included revision remains available.
Your refund is calculated from the price you paid for the package and the proportion of its paid video credits that have not been delivered. For example, if one video from a four-video, $240 package has been delivered, the remaining three are refundable for $180. For longer videos, we use their agreed credit allocation. A free preview does not count as a delivered paid video.
To cancel undelivered work and request a refund, text +1 645-204-0075 with your name or business and the email used for your order. You can also use our contact form. Refunds are handled by our team; submitting a request does not automatically issue a refund. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
What the service includes
Our packages cover video creative. Ad placement, advertising spend and campaign management are not included. We don’t guarantee views, leads or sales. Portfolio examples are animations for fictional businesses, not testimonials or proof of customer results.
