Your project.
Your information.
MajorAttention is operated by Rendak, LLC. This notice explains how we handle project inquiries, orders and website measurement.
What you share
The form asks for your name, business name, email, mobile number, the service you’re interested in, and a description of your project. You may also share a website or social link. Please don’t include passwords, financial information, or other sensitive details.
Where it goes
Project requests and notes are stored in our private CRM on Cloudflare. Discord receives a notification linking our team to the record. We use your details to reply by text and email about your project, and record when you agree to this contact. You can ask us to stop project messages at any time. Your number is not used for promotional texts. If you separately opt in, we may email occasional offers and new service ideas. You can opt out by replying to an email or using our contact form. Stripe processes payments and subscriptions; we store payment references and status, never card details. These providers process data under their own privacy terms.
Analytics and cookies
We use browser storage for the measurement and privacy choices described below. With your optional advertising consent, public landing pages load Meta Pixel, which may set Meta advertising cookies. It is not loaded on checkout or CRM pages. We save a temporary checkout link in your browser for up to 7 days so you can return without repeating your form. We match inquiries and orders using the email address or phone number you provide. The private CRM uses a secure sign-in cookie. Stripe may use cookies needed for checkout and fraud prevention. The homepage loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to serve those files. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to host and protect the website.
Website measurement
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and first-party CRM measurement to understand visits and conversions. First-party measurement stores a random visit identifier in your browser, starts a new visit after 30 minutes of inactivity, and records a source category from social-link tags or the referring site. If you submit a request or purchase, that visit may be linked to your CRM record to measure which sources bring customers. We do not send form contents, full referring URLs, or payment-link tokens to the visit endpoint. We also record which form fields visitors interact with, whether a field has been filled, validation errors, and successful submissions to understand where people stop. These milestones never include the text typed into unfinished forms and are not sent to Meta. We also use a random browser identifier to keep your pricing-test version consistent and record when you see it. If you submit details, we link that version to your contact to count later purchases in the same test group. With advertising consent, the test name and version accompany Meta page-view and conversion events. First-party measurement honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Browser blocking or clearing storage may affect measurement.
Optional advertising measurement
If you choose Allow in our ad privacy prompt, we use Meta Pixel to measure public landing-page visits and Meta Conversions API to measure which Facebook and Instagram ads lead to preview requests and paid orders. The Pixel receives technical network information including your IP address, browser information, public page address, referring address and ad/cookie identifiers. Automatic form tracking and automatic advanced matching are disabled. We share SHA-256 hashed email addresses and phone numbers, an ad click identifier when available, your browser user agent, event type and time, and purchase amount/currency. Hashing helps protect the contact data in transit but still allows Meta to match it to its users. For server events we send the public homepage address, never private payment-link tokens, project notes/scripts, card details or your messages. No information is sent to Meta for this measurement unless you opt in. This choice is separate from project text-message consent.
Your choice is stored for up to 180 days. Use Ad privacy at the bottom of the site and select No thanks to stop future sharing from this browser and cancel pending events associated with it. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Contact us to withdraw permission for other devices or request deletion. Unsent events are retried for up to 6 days; matching-data payloads are removed from our delivery queue once sent or canceled. Meta processes received data under its Privacy Policy. Declining does not affect ordering or service. The first-party CRM measurement described above remains separate.
